Our dearest husband, father, brother and friend, died on June 13, 2019, doing what he loved to do most, looking for treasure. Bill was an avid treasure hunter. It was his passion. He had many many friends that shared the same passion. He loved his family and friends and would do anything for anybody without hesitation. Bill had an infectious smile. He could light up any room he walked into with that smile. Bill was very dedicated to anything he did, including his work as a truck driver for 48 years. He always took pride in what he did. He never left in his truck without making sure everything was in proper order. He loved competing in the state truck driving championships, and won 3rd place in his category this year. He also won 1st place several times over the years and competed in the National Championships.
Bill is survived by his wife of 41 years, Sherrie; son, Marty Glodowski; brother, Mike (Helen) Glodowski; brother, John (Brenda) Glodowski; sister, Jan Jones (Ron). Preceded in death by his father, Martin Glodowski; mother, Virginia Glodowski; brother-in-law, Jimmie Jones; brother-in-law, David Bennion; father-in-law, Paul Bennion.
The family would like to thank everyone for all their kindness, love, and support, and send a special thank you to Wilf Blum for all his loving care and efforts to bring Bill back to his family.
