Wendy Seager Gardner was born in Ogden, Utah to Spencer L. and VeeAnn B. Seager and returned home to our Heavenly Father's loving arms on August 8, 2019. She happily grew up in South Ogden, Utah and graduated with high honors and a 4.0 GPA from Bonneville High School. Wendy attended Weber State University on scholarship where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelors degree in Psychology and a minor in Chemistry. She utilized her Chemistry minor working as a Cytogenetic Technologist for twenty-three years.

She met the love of her life Troy Gardner, through her roommates while living in Salt Lake City, Utah. Together they laid a foundation for a happy future and were sealed for time and all eternity in the Bountiful Temple. They were married for a wonderful nineteen years. After several years of marriage, their lives were blessed with a beautiful son. Wendy loved being a stay-at-home mother. Wendy loved her family and spending time with them.

She also had a passion for travel and music, and was an accomplished pianist and vocalist, performing in many groups during her high school and college years. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and coworkers.

Services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, August 17 at the chapel located at 8150 South Grizzly Way, West Jordan, Utah 84081. A viewing will be held at the chapel from 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Friday, August 16; there will also be a viewing the morning of the funeral from 9:30 - 10:30 am.
