Warren Reid Lake

Warren Reid Lake, 73, passed away on March 7, 2016 at his home in Sandy, Utah. Warren was born Aug. 31, 1942 to Thelma and William Lake.

Survived by former wife, Rickie; children Rebecca, Kory, Joe, Erik; six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Friday, March 11 at Goff Mortuary, located at 8090 S. State St., Midvale, from 6-8 p.m.
