Troy Ted Ballow passed away on April 7, 2018 in Levan, Utah at the age of 54.
He was born in Nephi, Utah on August 4, 1963 to Ted Peter and Mala Don Memmott Ballow of Levan, Utah. He married Ronda Jean Worthington August 2nd, 1985. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. He was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
He was a proud member of the Ironworkers Union Local #27 for the past 33 years, and recently retired. Grandpa Frank taught him how to weld at the age of 8 and he became one of the best there was. He loved hunting, fishing, camping, horse back riding, anything that included his family. No matter who he came in contact with they became his friend. He had the biggest heart and he loved everyone, but most of all he loved and adored his 2 amazing sons and his 2 daughters-in-law. His 5 grandchildren were his pride and joy. They adored their grandpa Troy. He left us far too soon. We will forever miss him and always love him.
He is survived by his wife Ronda; sons, Travis (Heather) and Tyrell (Amanda) Ballow of Levan; parents, Ted and Mala Ballow of Levan; sister, Marci (Troy) Ingram of Riverton, UT; in-laws, Sandra Worthington and Grant and Elena Worthington, all of Nephi; many nieces, nephews, and brothers and sisters-in-law; his pride and joy, his grandkids, Makia, Raylie, Tait, Taigan, and Tenleigh. Preceded in death by his grandparents.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am, Saturday, April 14, 2018 in the Nephi Stake Center, 351 North 100 West. Family and friends may call at the church Friday evening from 6-8 pm and one hour prior to the services. Burial will be in the Levan Town Cemetery.
