Theresa Kay Powers

Theresa Kay Powers, 41, passed away on May 5, 2015 in Salt Lake City, Utah after years of battling health problems. She was born on August 16, 1973 in Great Falls, Montana to Michael Daniel and Shauna Memmott. Theresa leaves behind her husband, Randy Powers and her children, Dallas, Ranasha and Randy Jr.

She is preceded in death by her brother, Michael Dan Memmott, Jr. and her grandmothers, Wanda Memmott & Marilyn Eatough. Along with her husband and children, Theresa is survived by her parents, seven brothers and sisters, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 11, 2015 at the Union Park 2nd Ward, 700 East 7500 South. Friends may call 1 hour prior to the services.
