Theodora Dolores Lopez

Theodora Dolores Torres Lopez, 92, passed away on August 29, 2015 in Murray, Utah. She was born in Dallas, Texas on February 17, 1923 to Atanacio and Consuelo Molina Torres. Dolores married Margarito Lopez in 1938; twelve children were born of this union.

She is survived by her children, J. Jack (Doris) Lopez, Connie (John) Walker, Alex (Roberta) Lopez, Gwen (Steven) Sherwood, Beverly (Danny) Ronquillo, Darlene (Manuel) Isbell, Elma (Ron) Sulek, Jose (Julie) Lopez and Darrell (Dawna) Lopez; 38 grandchildren, 56 great grandchildren; 22 great great grandchildren; sisters, Jennie Montoya and Angela Barela; daughters in law, Monica and Liz Lopez.

Preceded in death by her children, Johnny James I, Johnny James II and David Lino Lopez; grandson, James Lino Lopez; 2 brothers and 2 sisters.

A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 3, 2015 at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, 7405 Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah. Viewings will be held at the church on Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. (Holy Rosary at 7:30 p.m.) and 1 hour prior to the mass on Thursday. Interment, West Jordan City Cemetery.
