Terri passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on November 5, 2017 at the age of 63. Born on March 26, 1954 to Gene Carlson and Janis Grange. Terri married Ron Bird on January 31, 1974 in the Salt Lake Temple.
Terri graduated from Carbon High School and LDS Business College. She worked for the Presiding Bishopric and KSL Radio. She was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was a wonderful example of service and love. She loved to cook and often made meals or treats for others. She would spend hours making hats and blankets she donated to charity. She loved to spend time with her family, especially with her grandchildren to whom she was known as Fifi. She enjoyed crafting and traveling with family and friends.
She had many health problems, but always managed to have a positive outlook that inspired others. Her strength and courage were admired by those who knew her. She never complained, but always stated she was fine, just fine. She could always find humor in any situation.
She is survived by her parents, Gene and Janis Carlson, her husband Ron, her daughters Jennifer Wilding, Jory Taylor (Brett), Ashley, her son Ryan (Heather), her grandchildren, Janessa, Lucas, Jake, Lilly, Jamie, Sadie, Lincoln, and her siblings Carryl Tatton (John), Garth Carlson (Clovis), Jana Gunderson (Kent).
Her family would like to thank all the health care professionals who have taken such good care of her over the years.
