Steven Blaine Ingram

Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, Steven Blaine Ingram, passed away peacefully at his home in Nephi, Utah, on February 2, 2025, at the age of 76. Steve was born on February 14, 1948, in Payson, Utah, to Blaine Ingram and Iris Kay.

Steve married his high school sweetheart, Patricia Morgan, in Levan, Utah, on May 11, 1968. Together, they built a life full of love, laughter, and family. Steve was a proud and devoted husband for 56 years, and he cherished his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Steve worked for Ash Grove Cement for 33 years as a heavy equipment operator, often proudly boasting that he held the "highest" position in the plant, working at the top of the mountain. His dedication to his work and his family was evident throughout his life.

Steve also proudly served in the Utah Army National Guard for 23 years, first in the 145th Field Artillery Service Battery and later in the 1457th Combat Engineers Unit. His service to his country was a reflection of his strong character and deep sense of duty.

A lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Steve was an active and faithful member of the church, where he found joy in serving others. He was passionate about farming and loved teaching his family the value of hard work, stewardship of the land, and the importance of being good people.

Steve was also an avid hunter and enjoyed spending time outdoors, instilling a love for nature and the outdoors in his children and grandchildren. His legacy of teaching and guiding his family will live on for generations to come.

He is survived by his wife Patricia, children Morgan (Lori), Teresa (Reed), and Wade (Natalie), as well as his eight grandchildren: Jentry (Kylee), Colton (Melissa), Kyle (Deserae), Breelyn, Peyton, Greyson, Peter, and Olivia, and six great-grandchildren: Oaklee, Ellie, Danner, Sawyer, Stetson, and Lainey. He is also survived by his sister Kaye Wilkey and brothers Lynn and Guy.

Steve is preceded in death by his parents, Blaine Ingram (Luienna) and Iris Bonvie, as well as his brother John and sister Connie.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 10, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the Nephi 1st, 2nd, and 7th Ward Church, located at 222 S. 100 E. in Nephi, with a viewing at the church from 10–10:45 a.m. A viewing will also be held on Sunday, February 9, from 6:00–8:00 p.m. at Anderson Funeral Home, 94 W. 300 N. in Nephi.
