Stephen Williams, Jr.

Our beloved father, Stephen Wickes Williams, Jr., passed away on April 20, 2018 at Landmark Hospital in Murray, Utah at the age of 84. Stephen was born November 5, 1933 in Salt Lake City to Ida Geneva Johnson and Stephen Wickes Williams, Sr.

Stephen and Barbara eloped to Reno and got married January 5, 1956. Stephen loved to tinker, build things, work on inventions, and to travel.

He is survived by his sister Nancy, children Robyn (Myron) Steed, Curtis (Sally) Williams, Jeffrey (Lena) Williams, Mark (Kerri) Williams, 16 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren. Stephen was preceded in death by his father Stephen Sr., mother Ida, brother Dell, sisters LaDene and Sandra, wife Barbara, son Scott, and daughter Michelle.

Viewings will be held at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State St., Midvale, Utah on Tuesday, April 24 from 6-8 p.m. and Wednesday, April 25 from 10-10:45 a.m., with services starting at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at the Utah Veterans Memorial Park, 17111 S. Camp Williams Rd. (1700 West), Bluffdale, Utah.
