Shirley A. Frampton, 82, passed away on July 14, 2021, at Red Cliffs Assisted Living. Shirley was born on Flag Day June 14, 1939, in Nephi, Utah to M. Deloy and Ruby Andersen. She married Evan A. Frampton on October 12, 1957 in the Manti Utah Temple. She was born and raised in Nephi and graduated from Juab High School in 1957. Shirley worked as a telephone operator 1957-1958. She then went to work at the Nephi Training center for 15 years.
Shirley enjoyed crocheting, collecting dolls, making blankets, tying quilts and making hats on the loom to give away. During her life Shirley and Evan took in many foster children, four of which they decided to adopt.
Shirley is survived by her husband of nearly 64 years, Evan of Nephi, her sons Rodney (Laura) Frampton of Nephi, Cory (Lacey) Frampton of Levan, Wesley (Diane) Frampton of Perry, Bill Frampton, Danny Frampton, Jimmy Frampton, Marcus Frampton, and McKay Frampton all of Nephi, daughters LoriAnn (Steve) Tanner of Payson and Tyanna Frampton of Mississippi, 15 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, and sister Kathleen Broadhead of Nephi. She was preceded in death by her parents M. Deloy and Ruby Anderson, and Andrea Frampton, a granddaughter.

Funeral services for Shirley will be at Anderson Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, with a viewing from 9:30-10:30 am and a memorial service immediately following at 11 am.
