She was a member of the LDS Church and held numerous callings, her favorite was working with the young women. She loved unconditionally and opened her home to many of her daughter's friends, treating them as her own. As a widowed mother of 6 girls ranging from 16 months to 16 years, Mom continued the family activities instilling her love of camping, fishing, boating and hiking as well as gardening, canning, sewing, and most of all she shared her love for the ocean. She taught her children to be strong and independent. Mom had a great sense of humor and loved her family dearly. She loved traveling and had the opportunity of spending time in Sweden getting to know our Swedish family.

The family wishes to thank the Hospice Team for the loving care they provided Mom. Special thanks to Rebekah (her earth angel), Chaplin Dan, and Monica who assisted Mom through her final journey.

A private graveside celebration and burial will be held for her immediate family at the Midvale City Cemetery.
