Shelby Pass

With our deepest sorrow, we announce that Shelby Pass, age 41, our most beloved son, brother, husband, father, family member and friend, passed suddenly on Monday, June 24th, 2019. Shelby was born to Dave and Kathy. He married the love of his life, Tammy, and they were blessed with four wonderful boys, Kayden, Carsen, Patrick and Trevor.

Shelby loved his family dearly, he also loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, hiking, and just having a great time with family and friends!

Shelby will be missed everyday by his father Dave, mother Kathy, step-father Ron, brothers Shannan, Sheldon, and Ryan, sister Shalayne, his wife Tammy, their four boys and so many more family members and friends!

There will be a memorial service held on July 6th, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the LDS Church at 351 North 100 West, Nephi, Utah 84648.
