Sharon loved being a mom, hosting baking days with her kids and their friends, throwing parties and playing games. But even more she loved reading with her grandchildren and playing hand and foot with family and friends. She enjoyed finding ways to serve in her community; in Boy Scouts of America, in PTA, at This is the Place Heritage Park, and especially as part of the sesquicentennial wagon train. Born with opticatraphy, Sharon found ways to overcome with humor, Paul relied on her to navigate their cross country trips. Sharon strived to welcome people as they were.
