Our lovely mother, wife, sister and grandmother, Sharon J. Green, passed away peacefully Sunday morning, March 6th, 2022.
Sharon lived a full life with travels around the world and her many accomplishments.
She spent a lifetime raising her family as well as teaching future generations, being actively involved in Scouting for over 30 years and serving in her roles as Primary Teacher and President.
Sharon loved making quilts, spending countless hours in the front room with friends and family gathered around.
She was an avid bowler, participating for years in local leagues and National competitions.
Undoubtedly, many young men and women, to this day, remember how to tie a bowline knot, wire a light, perform CPR, fold a flag, change a tire, wrap a gift, thanks to Sharon's life lessons and leadership.
Sharon is survived by her husband of 65 years, Clayton Green, her sister Judy Swilor and brother James James, her children, Stephanie (Mark) Griffin, Rochelle Green, Kyle (Debbie) Green and her daughter-in-law, Tracy Green, grandchildren, Lindsay, Emma (Bryant), Joel (Katie), Stewart (Koltyr), Daniel (Nastasha), Cale (Anna), Andy (Nicole), Liz (Jackson), Thomy (Kamika), Evan and Alex (Rachel), great grandchildren, Azelia, Iris, Adelaide, Juliette, Hazel and Kolette.
