Rosa Jackson

Salt Lake City, Utah – Our kind and loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great great-grandmother Rosa Jackson, age 92, of Salt Lake City, passed away peacefully on January 28, 2023. Rosa was born in Nuremberg Germany prior to World War II. Rosa met and fell in love with an American solider Donald Jackson. They traveled the world and had six children together. Rosa loved to play bingo, cross stitch, sew and needle point. In her down time, you could find her watching classical and western movies. She was full of life and lots of sass if you knew her you would agree.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Donald W Jackson. Rosa is survived by her children; Edward (Christine) Jackson of Kerrville Texas, Glindora (Roger) Breault of West Valley City Utah, Donald Jackson of Wendover Nevada, Richard (Monica) Jackson of Taos New Mexico, Christine (Dean) Kite of Boise Idaho, Michael (Terie) Jackson of Twin Falls Idaho, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. We would also like to thank Harmony Hospice and Summit Senior Living.

Funeral services will be held Friday February 3, 2023 at Goff Mortuary in Midvale where friends may gather for the viewing from 11:00 am to noon. Burial will be at Memorial Redwood Cemetery graveside service 12:30 p.m.
