Randy passed away peacefully at home on January 22, 2024 at age 73. Imagine the sweet reunion taking place as Randy has longed to be with his wife Patsy. Randy was bom October 27, 1950 in Malad, Idaho to goodly parents Dean and Bonnie Clark. He graduated from Weber High School in Ogden, Utah, Class of 1969. Randy married the love his life Patsy Toadvine on March 31,1972 and they had 5 children: Jeremy (Maria) Clark, Jennifer Stokes, Bryce Clark, Kyle (Tiffani) Clark, Kevin (Kelli) Clark. They shared a sincere love and respect for one another that all who witnessed admired. They genuinely enjoyed each other's company and just loved being together.
Randy worked as a truck driver for most of his life and took great pride in a job well done. He was excellent at his trade and was often requested as the driver because of his expertise. He came from the truck driver “old school” where it meant something to do your best and be your best......and that he was. Randy was also a talented carpenter and could build and make anything you asked him too. Randy taught his children many valuable lessons but felt the most important was hard work. He taught them how to work and then work even harder. The best compliment anyone could give him was that his children were hard workers. That meant something to him. Randy had such a fun sense of humor and loved to laugh. When the family got together laughter filled his home, and he enjoyed that so much.
Randy enjoyed telling stories from the “good old days” about his time spent as a young boy and teenager on his Grandma and Grandpa's farm in Ephraim, Utah. This is where the “hard work” he taught his children was instilled in him. He loved spending time with his Grandpa and Grandma and Uncle Junior. He had a special bond with his Uncle Junior that he cherished.
Randy loved his family and they loved him. He will be missed by those he has left behind, but we know he is happy where he is.
Randy is preceded in death by his wife Patsy Clark, his son Bryce Lawrence Clark, his parents Dean and Bonnie Clark.
He is survived by his 4 children (listed above). Granchildren: Wyatt (Andi) Clark, Kylee Jo (Kyler) Crosby, Ben Dixon, Jake Clark, Kade Dixon, Ruby Ann Stokes, Dani Clark, and Bailey Clark. Great granchildren: Rainey Lynn Clark, Beau Crosby, Radley Jo Clark, and Kase Crosby. Brandon Stokes, sister Vicky Larsen, brother Dick (Tricia) Clark, brother Steve (Cheryl) Clark, brother Dennis (LouAnn) Clark, sister Deana (Lex) Patterson.
The family would like to sincerely thank Jeanette Vernon, Misty Dixon, and Corey Ann Blonquist for their compassionate and loving care......Angels truly are among us!
