Rachel Tidwell, age 37, returned to her Heavenly Father on May 8, 2017. She was born on April 9, 1980 to Kerry Duane Tidwell and Karen Elizabeth Johnson.
She married Kim Wilkerson and later divorced. She then married Jared Jacobson and later divorced.
She grew up in Juab County. She loved to spend time with her friends and family. She also liked to scrapbook and make crafts.
She is survived by her grandmother Aryds Tidwell; father Kerry D Tidwell; her sister Teresa (Kyle) Winn; by her four children K.C. and Kalista Wilkerson, Kaylen and Kiyah Jacobson; also her niece and nephew Kelby and Kamryn Winn. Preceded in death by her mother.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 11 am with a viewing prior at 10 am at the 1st, 2nd and 8th Ward in Nephi, Utah. Interment will be at the Nephi City Cemetery.
