Quma Shepherd

Quma Sharlene Bosh Shepherd, 84, our beloved wife, mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on March 25, 2018. Quma was born on April 22, 1933 to Clifton Bosh and Jennie Mortensen in Levan, Utah. Quma had lived in Ogden, Roy, and following retirement returned to Levan. She married Sheril Rulon Shepherd on September 15, 1952, and their marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple.

Together they raised 3 children, Debra (Neil) Schultz, Randy (Steffnie) Shepherd, and Dean (Sherie) Shepherd.

Quma's greatest joy was her family, especially her 11 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.

Mom enjoyed quilting, reading, cross-stitching, and camping with their lifelong friends of the Weekend Trailer Trash and Good Sam Clubs. Later in life they spent many memorable years snow birding in St. George and Arizona. She especially enjoyed serving in the Manti LDS Temple.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Robert Bosh, sisters Catherine Overson, Ray Larsen, Cola Putnum, and her granddaughter Tara Lynn Shepherd Robertson.

A viewing will be held on Friday, March 30th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Anderson Funeral Home, 94 West 300 North, Nephi, Utah. Graveside services will follow on Saturday, March 31st at noon in the Levan Cemetery.
