Phyllis Ann (Hopkinson) Murray

In loving memory of Phyllis Ann Hopkinson Murray, wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Great Great Grandmother, passed away March 23rd, 2016. Born August 11th, 1920 in Bellingham Washington to Ernest J Hopkinson and Susan Smethurst Hopkinson. She loved to write stories and poems(which many were published), play music, do word search puzzles and homemaking. She was able to live a long life surrounded by family and she was a member of the LDS church. Preceded in death by her Father, Mother, 2 Sisters Beverly & Betty, 2 Brothers Roy and Harold Hopkinson, Husband Everett H Murray, Daughters Deann J Baker, Kathleen Prewitt, Grandsons Robert Heavyside and Cordell Murray. She Married Ermon Halsey later divorced, married Delbert E James later divorced, then found her true love Everett H Murray. She was Married to him for 43 years. She has 1 living Brother Arthur Hopkinson, 1 step son Cliff Murray (ex Kay) Robertson WY, and 1 Step daughter Bonnie(Glen) Heavyside of CA. 8 living Grandchildren Deena, Denise, Wade, Dana, Phyllis, Yancy Everett, Clinton & Stephanie, 35 Great Grandchildren and 17 Great Great Grandchildren. There will be a viewing Monday March 28th, 2016 from 6-8pm at Aspen Funeral Home. 459 W. Universal Cir. (9160 So.) and Graveside services will be held Tuesday March 29th, 2016 at the Bridger Cemetery in Fort Bridger WY. at 11am.
