Pat Cole

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, Ronald Patrick Cole, known affectionately as Pat Cole. Pat was born on February 17, 1963, to Herbert Lester Cole and Karen Dee Adams. Pat peacefully departed from this world on October 18, 2023, surrounded by his family, following a brief battle with cancer.

Pat's journey in this world began with a name that carried the weight of a cherished memory. He was named after his late uncle Ronald, who had left us all too soon.

Pat was a gifted athlete, excelling in both baseball and swimming. His determination and ability to excel at anything he set his mind. He had a deep passion for the outdoors, often indulging in golf, fishing, baseball, hunting, and four-wheeling. His love for music found expression in his participation in the band and choir.

Pat's warm and welcoming nature made him a cherished friend and family member. His laughter was infectious, and he had an uncanny ability to bring smiles to the faces of everyone he encountered. Pat truly embraced life, relishing in the company of friends and family, and he loved his mother, Karen Cole.

Pat was an elder brother to his siblings who looked up to him. Pat's family’s love knew no bounds; they were always ready to go to great lengths to support him.

For an impressive 40 years, Pat dedicated his life to road construction, becoming an expert in asphalt construction. His coworkers held him in high regard.

Pat's legacy lives on through his mother, Karen Cole, his siblings, nieces, and nephews. He is survived by his sister Trish (Tony) Ferguson, his brother Mike (Crickett) Cole, his sister Heather Cole, as well as several nieces and nephews and countless great nieces and nephews who adored him. Preceded in death by his father and his nephew Anthony Scott Ferguson Jr.

We invite friends and family to join us in paying their final respects.
