Pamela Dee Quintana

Pamela Dee Quintana, age 59, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt passed away peacefully in her Lehi, Utah home on January 21, 2016.

Pam was born to Lorin "Squirt" and Nancy Crump on September 2, 1956 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was the third of seven children which included five brothers and one sister.  She spent her early childhood in Draper, Utah then her family moved to Bluffdale, Utah where she grew up and attended school. She graduated from Bingham High School in 1975.

Pam married her sweetheart, James Keith Quintana on May 8, 1975 and they made their home in Lehi where they raised three children. She enjoyed quilting, doing crafts and spending time in the outdoors with her family. However, her greatest joy came when her grandchildren were born. She loved spending time with them in the outdoors going for walks in the mountains, watching their soccer games, attending karate competitions and she never missed a school program. Even if she had to travel to Wyoming to watch a school play Pam was always there for her grandkids. She loved being a grandma and over the past 18 years she almost always had one or more of her grandchildren living in her home.

Pam is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, along with their three children Jim, Brooke (James "Duker" Palmer), Brandon and seven grandchildren Jordan, Austin, Oakley, Izzy, Triston, Abbigale and Riven. She is also survived by four brothers and one sister. She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother and an infant daughter Bridgette.
