Orene Jewett

Orene YaVon Jewett, 76, passed away on August 21, 2020 in Roosevelt, Utah. She was born on July 28, 1944 in Boise, Idaho to Oren Ellis Thomas and Connie Fleming. Orene married Paul Ronald Jewett in the Salt Lake Temple on September 24, 1965.

Orene was an active member of the LDS Church and enjoyed going to the Temple.

She enjoyed going to dinner with her husband and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Her family was her life.

Survived by her children, Steven W. Jewett, Carol A. (Jeff) Johanson, Lisa (Ryan) Mower; 3 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, husband and brother, Victor Thomas.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, August 28, 2020 at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State Street, Midvale, Utah. A viewing will be held 1 hour prior to the service. Interment, Midvale City Cemetery.
