Myrtle Rosetta Vest

Myrtle Rosetta Kay Vest returned home to her father in heaven on June 30, 2017. She was born November 2, 1925 to James Loras and Ada Rosetta Searle Kay.

She married Marc Earl Vest on June 3rd, 1946 in the Manti temple. She served in many callings in the LDS church and at the Manti temple with her husband. She had many talents cooking, sewing, crocheting and quilting. She loved having her family around and spending time with them.

She is survived by 3 daughters Lois (Mike) Pay, Susan Wilkerson and Diane (Carl) Lewellyn. 9 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. She is also survived by her brother Wallace (Gaye) Kay. Preceded in death by her husband, her parents, 1 brother Elmo Kay, 1 sister Iris Bonvie, 2 grandchildren Melinda Baldwin and Kelly Wilkerson and 1 great grandchild Rylan Thomson.

A viewing will be held Wednesday July 5th, 2017 from 6-8 at the Anderson Funeral Home, 94 West 300 North in Nephi, Utah. Funeral services will be held at 11 am, Thursday July 6th, 2017 at the Mona 3rd and 4th Ward, 800 South 100 West in Mona, Utah with a viewing 1 hour prior to services. Interment will be at the Mona City Cemetery.
