Our loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend, Michael Patrick Weaver, left this world November 19, 2018 due to complications of AML.
Mike "Weaver" was born in Park City December 21, 1940 to Margaret and Howard James Weaver. He married the love of his life, Carole Ann Johnson, March 30, 1960.
Mike lived in Park City until the death of his wife in 1990 at which time he moved to Midvale, Utah.
He is survived by his son Michael Patrick Weaver, daughter Margaret Ann (Joe) Offret, granddaughter Samantha Offret, brother James Weaver, dear cousins, nieces, nephews and amazing friends.
A graveside service will be held November 24 at the Park City Cemetery at 11 a.m., with Celebration of Life at St. Mary's (White Pine) after.
