Mik - there aren't enough words to tell you how much you will be missed. We loved you always, but never comprehended how much until we had to let you go to finally feel the freedom of a pain-free existence. Thanks for the completely selfless life you lived, for putting those you truly loved above all else, and for never giving up. You've taught us well the lessons that can only be learned by observing your quiet service and compassion. We will forever remember and honor you.
