Marsha Ann Jepperson Everett, passed away peacefully, though suddenly on December 20, 2019 at her home in Murray, Utah at the age of 75. She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on July 21, 1944 to Franklin LeRoy and Norma May Holsten Jepperson. She is survived by her children Trisha (Todd) Hallstrom and Michael (Kristin) Everett; her adoring grandchildren, Addison (Jayson), Jackson, Collin, Hunter and Maya; her longtime companion and best friend, Bill Shipley and his children Ron, Randy and Shellie; bonus grandchildren Brandon, Ronnie, Tommie, Levi, Brittany, Chris, Jakob, Vic and Ashley and her brother Robert L. Jepperson.
Marsha, was a wonderful person and an even more wonderful mom, who shared in our joys and heartbreaks through her whole life. Without hesitation she would make time for you to listen and offer sound and positive advice. She was kind, patient and compassionate, not to mention a delicious sugar cookie and goulash maker. She would always give you a compliment with a smile on her own beautiful face, gave the best back and arm tickles, loved receiving hugs, shoulder rubs, watching movies, Christmastime, long car rides and spending time with her family. She virtually lit up when you walked through the door.
She became lovingly known by many of her grandchildren as Maga. They all simply adored her and she loved them fiercely. Always an avid supporter of all of their events and beaming with pride at all of their accomplishments. She will never be forgotten for her listening ear, hugs upon hugs, spearmint gum and cuddles in abundance.
Being the youngest, she had a fun childhood with adoring parents, an older brother and many cousins. Enjoying tremendously her loving relationship with her brother Bob and monthly cousin's dinners in later years.
Marsha had many successful years of working outside of the home. Her favorite position was in client services with American Express, sharing her talents of consideration to all whom she encountered.
She enjoyed many happy memories with her companion and best friend Bill Shipley, his children and grandchildren.
Marsha treated everyone with patience, selflessness, kindness, tolerance and love, teaching others by her example. These are her legacies to us all. She was an angel on this earth and will be missed profoundly.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State Street, Midvale, Utah.
