Marilyn is known by all who knew her as a kind and caring person. She loved serving others and always had a plate of cookies or a piece of fudge to share. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many callings throughout the years. Marilyn served in the Manti Temple for several years and talked fondly of those who served with her. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She never forgot a birthday with a card and a couple of dollars for her many great grandchildren.

Marilyn was a very strong and amazing woman. The last year of her life she battled cancer with amazing bravery. This cancer brought many special friends into her life, which a huge thank you goes out to Dan with Lincare, Gloria and Julieann with Home Health and Hospice, Dr. Besendorfer who took such wonderful loving care of her, all of her friends that brought in food and just stopped in to say hi. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends and all who knew her.

A gathering to pay respect will be held Sunday, March 8th at 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Anderson Mortuary, 94 West 300 North, Nephi, Utah, followed by a memorial service on Monday, March 9th, at 11:00 am with a viewing prior at 10:00 am.
