Marie Russell

Marie Russell, 51, passed away December 13th, 2020 after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by loved ones.

Marie was born February 22nd, 1969 to Bruce and Sharlene Beckstead in Salt Lake City, Utah. Early on in her life she learned how to care for not only herself but those around her. She faced many trials throughout her life but never let that stop her from being the most amazing person. She met her husband at the age of 14 and went on to marry and have 3 children with him. They settled in West Jordan where they raised their children and eventually became grandparents. Marie spent many years managing different stores, building friendships, and touching many lives. She enjoyed spending time with her loved ones and pets, attending car shows, fishing, camping, and much more.

She was preceded in death by her father Bruce Beckstead, her grandparents William (Genevieve) Somerville, and Burt (Lydia) Beckstead.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 33 years, Rondo D. Russell, children, Jessica (Omar) Russell, Katie Russell, and Rondo (Kayla) Russell, grandchildren, Laura, Ariana, and Draven, as well as numerous relatives and friends.

Family and friends are invited to a funeral service Sunday, December 20, 2020. The viewing will be held at 12:00 p.m. and the funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. at Anderson & Goff Mortuary, 11859 South 700 East, Draper, UT 84020.
