Maria Romaine Vasquez

Maria Romaine Vasquez, 79, passed away February 28, 2016 in Copperton, Utah.

She was born June 24, 1936 in Chamisal, New Mexico to Arthur Garcia and Dolores Cordova. Married Max Vasquez, later divorced.

Together they had seven children, Danny (Milly) Vasquez, Lynn (Vincent) Garduno, Jennie and Jeff Nickle, Max (Donna) Vasquez, Jr., Delores (Anthony) Martinez. Romaine also had six grandchildren that she loved, and was very proud of all of them. She also had 14 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by daughter, Patricia Vasquez Miller; and son, Richard Vasquez.

We, her children, hope and pray that Mom is at peace.

The viewing and Rosary will be at Immaculate Conception Parish, Copperton, Utah. Viewing will begin on Thursday, March 3, 2016 from 6:00-7:00 p.m., with Rosary following. Funeral Mass will be at Immaculate Conception Parish on Friday, March 4, 2016 at 11:00 a.m., with a viewing from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Interment, Mount Calvary Cemetery.
