Lorena Ann Redden Oliver (Renie), passed away at the age of 67 on Sunday May 9th, 2021 in Sandy, Utah.

She was born October 26, 1953 in Evanston, Wyoming. The family lived in Carter, Wyoming at the Company Ranch, then Linwood, Utah, then proceeded to reside in Manila, Utah.

She attended Utah State University, then joined a country rock band, and toured the coast where she met and married Gary Oliver. They lived in Greeley, Colorado, working on a sod farm, then moved to Boise after their daughter Gena was born.

While they lived in Boise she worked for Albertsons first as a deli clerk, then manager, and then as a district trainer opening new delis and training new crews. While in Boise two sons were born, Jesse and Jarred. Eventually her marriage ended but she maintained a good relationship with Gary.

In 1990, after her father had passed away she relocated her family to Utah, becoming the deli manager at the Park City Albertsons for several years, and then worked at Kamas Foodtown until she retired.

She lived the greater part of her life in the Kamas Valley area where she loved the beautiful scenery and enjoyed raising her children there. She was a tremendous influence on all she came in contact with and many, many people love her! She also loved to sing and was a member of many choral ensembles throughout her life.

She is survived by her children Gena Carreen Oliver of Sandy, UT, Jessup Seth & wife Janelle Oliver of Francis, UT and Jarred Lamonte & wife Amberly Oliver of Kamas, UT; her 6 grandchildren: Jordan, Kanyon, Graycen, Drake, Treyton, and Alexander; and her siblings Barry Blaine Redden, Zelda Janet Redden, Mark Lee Redden, Nathan Neal Redden, Christine Redden Hardy and Leeanne (Anne) Redden Ashdown.

She was preceded in death by her father, Harvard Lee (Hob) Redden and mother Dolores Ann Oaks (Susy) Redden.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 15 at 11:00 am at the Marion Stake Center, 3038 SR 32, Marion, Utah. There will be viewings Friday 6-8 pm and Saturday 10-10:45 am at the church. Interment, Marion Cemetery.
