Leigh Glen Mayberry passed away on Aug. 7, 2021 after a short illness. His wife Kerena was by his side in their home in Saratoga Springs at the time of his passing.
Leigh was born on Nov. 22, 1967 to Glen and Dorthy Mayberry in Ogden, Utah. Leigh went to Davis High School where he graduated in 1986. He enjoyed playing football throughout his school years. He grew up in Farmington and worked at Lagoon, a job he enjoyed very much. At the time of his passing Leigh was working at Credit Corp Solutions. Leigh was a loving husband and family meant everything to him. He absolutely loved being a grandpa. The grandchildren Kolter and "B" were the light of his eye. He doted upon them and wanted to spend as much time as possible with them.
He was a Star Wars geek and enjoyed everything about Star Wars, watching the movies over and over. Leigh loved football. His favorite professional football team was the Tennessee Titans. He loved the New York Yankees. Leigh enjoyed being a Utah Utes fan and was very pumped that the Utah Jazz made things interesting with their trip to the playoffs this past season.
Leigh met the love of his life, Kerena in 2001 and they were married in Las Vegas on June 3, 2003. They recently celebrated their 18th wedding anniversary. They spent many happy years together and were best friends always doing things together.
Leigh loved to go camping with the family. He enjoyed watching all types of movies and he spent many enjoyable hours reading books.
Leigh is survived by his wife, Kerena Mayberry, his mother Dorthy Mayberry, his children, Nick (Alie) Cooper, Miranda Cooper, Alex Keene and Danielle Hardy; his grandchildren Kolter and Brantley Cooper; his siblings, Mike Mayberry and Marcee Osmonovich.
Leigh was preceded in death by his father Glen, his brother Marty Mayberry and his brother-in-law Casey Osmonovich.
A private service for family and friends will be held in his honor with a celebration of life on August 21st.
