Kimberly Ann Taft

Our beautiful mother, sister, aunt, cousin, niece, and friend passed away peacefully into the next life on July 13, 2016.

She was born on March 13, 1967 to Barbara and Eugene Haynes, the first of 3 children. Kimm was an amazing light that was so full of life. She was a firework shooting out all of the brilliant colors for everyone to see. She lived hard and loved fiercely. She was the life at every party. She was the party. She loved her children with her whole heart and soul. She married Kevin Taft in August, 1998. They later divorced, but through that came their beautiful daughter Fayth.

Kimm was a traveler, a gypsy, a goddess in her own way. Kimm had many loves. Some of her favorite things were going to concerts (she loved to rock out), reading people's cards, talking about astrology, camping, and being outdoors. She also loved her lemons, potatoes, and her salt. She made friends wherever she went. She was a social butterfly. Everyone who met Kimm loved her. She had a contagious laugh and was always smiling. She had the most beautiful smile.

She is survived by her children Tyson, Collin, Aubriell, and Fayth, her brothers Geno and Jason, and her sister-in-law Kim. She loved her nieces, nephews, soul sisters, and friends. She was a momma to many and always had great advice to give. Although our hearts are heavy at this time, we are all happy that she is finally free and out of pain. She is preceded in death by her mother, Barbara, whom she has missed for so many years and her father, Eugene.

We will miss your amazing hugs and lipstick kisses on our cheeks. May you fly free sweet Kimmie, until we meet again.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 20th from 10:00 to 11:30 am at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State St. A graveside service will follow at noon and will be held at the Murray City Cemetery, 5490 S. Vine St.
