Kevin Dwayne Moss was born in Ogden, Utah on September 1, 1976 to James Edgar and Pauline Choules Moss. The meaning of Kevin's name, we discovered, is "Handsome Beloved." So you may understand a lot of his personality was realized from the very beginning.....

Kevin excelled at anything he put his mind to, whether it was sports, personal fitness, music, fatherhood, or business. No matter how much pride and joy he got from all of his accomplishments, anyone that knew him well, knew that what he would brag about the most, were his children.

Becoming a father helped bring out some of the best qualities in him that were shown in multiple areas of his life. It helped bring to light a humbleness and heartfelt desire to pass on his knowledge to others. One of the greatest gifts Kevin would give was the gift of his time, whether it was teaching classes for real estate, picking someone up when they got a flat tire, teaching how to do a back hand dink shot, or just being present for someone.

Through sharing his knowledge and gifts, Kevin became connected with a countless number of people whom he loved seeing go on to become more successful themselves as a result of his magnanimity.

With his larger than life personality, he brought an infectious energy and enthusiasm for life wherever he went. Music was often his preferred way to communicate and he had a charismatic way of delivering his message. His unique style alone left a lasting impression on anyone who knew him.

He found true love with his girlfriend Jamie and her two children. In his own words, "Our family is now complete." May their deep spiritual connection live on for time and all eternity.

On September 5th, 2021, Kevin took the next steps in his eternal journey as he departed this earth rejoining his mother. He is survived by his two children Rian and Tyson Moss, his father Ed (Marie) Moss, and his siblings Trenton, Eric (Adriana), Melissa, Brandon (Rachel), and Jacob (Rachael).

Services will be held at Anderson & Goff Mortuary, 11859 South 700 East, Draper, UT 84020. Additional parking can be found across the street. Viewing will be held Tuesday, September 14th from 6-8 PM. A short viewing will be held Wednesday, September 15th from 10:30-11:30 AM followed by funeral services beginning at noon. The funeral service will be live streamed via Anderson & Goff Mortuary Facebook page for all those who cannot attend in person.
