Terry's sweet spirit was released from his earthly body on May 20, 2018 with the love of his life at his side. He truly did not want to leave the ones he loved.
He was born to Kenneth L. Fonger and Mary Y. Rosquist on February 2, 1965 in Tooele. His father, Von D. Rosquist entered Terry's life at five years of age. Terry (T-Bone) was the oldest of his siblings.
Terry grew up in the small community of Levan, Utah, where many cherished friendships and memories were made. Terry's attitude was always simple, genuine and without affectation. His focus was on the people in his life. He influenced so many individuals over the years with his exemplary life of humility, love and kindness. As Terry was searching the web for some medical answers, he met a beautiful college student at the University of Maryland. The two of them continued to chat, exchange emails and discovered they both came from great families and loved music and the arts. Terry decided he was driving to Baltimore to meet this girl and marry her....after a short courtship, Roxanne and Terry were married September 24, 1999. Their lives have been filled with adventures in Utah, Virginia, Baltimore, and back to Levan, Utah.
Terry has enjoyed his varied work experiences including, mechanic work, customer service, and machine operations in productions.
Terry is preceded in death by his grandparents, father and mother-in-law, and uncle Rodney Van. He is survived by his sweetheart and wife: Roxanne, parents: Von and Mary Rosquist of Levan, Kenneth and Pat Fonger of Tooele, sisters: Taunya (Travis) Garrett of Nephi, Jeannette Price of Denver, Colorado, Margaret (David) Young of Tooele, and Carolyn Fonger of Lake Worth, Florida, brothers: Travis (Kelly) Rosquist, Deon Rosquist of Levan, Kenny Fonger of Tooele, four brothers-in-law, three sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
There will be a Memorial/Celebration of Life on June 9, 2018 11:00 a.m. at the Levan LDS Church-Cultural Hall, 25 N 100 E, Levan, Utah. Dedication of the grave will be at a later date.
