Keith Clinton Dumas left this life on January 22, 2020 to join his sweet bride Laurie, who has been waiting for him these past 9 years. Keith had been battling kidney failure and living within the confines of daily dialysis for the past 5 years. He was able to be at home with Keith Ryan, Brett and Bindy at his side when he left on this final journey.
Keith was born on March 19, 1948 to Kenneth Clifford and Darlene Beverly Dumas where he grew up in Midvale, Utah. He graduated from Hillcrest High School and joined the Navy where he served in the Vietnam War. Keith returned home and on May 27, 1976 he married Laurie Lancaster. Together they enjoyed fishing, camping, trips to Wendover, raising their boys and being Skylee's Grandparents. He owned KD TV Repair in Midvale for several years and finished his working career at EDO/ITT Corporation.
Keith was always close with his parents and as his father's health failed, he and his sister Charolet tenderly cared for him as his health declined and dementia stole him away. He is survived by his sons, Keith Ryan and Brett, his daughter-in-law Bindy, his beautiful granddaughter Skylee, his sister Charolet and brother Jeff.
Friends and family may call on Sunday, January 26, 2020 from 6-8 pm and Monday, January 27 from 10-10:45 am at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State Street, Midvale, Utah. A graveside service will be held on Monday, January 27, 2020 at 11:00 am at the Midvale City Cemetery, 450 W. 7500 S.
