Kathy Medina

Kathy Marie Fresquez Medina, 61, passed away on November 5, 2015 at her home in Midvale, Utah. She was born on March 28, 1954 in Murray, Utah to Samuel Fresquez and Ignacita Martinez. Kathy married Tony Larry Medina on April 15, 1994 in Salt Lake City, Utah at the VA Hospital.

Kitty Kat enjoyed playing Bingo, going for rides, watching deer and spending time with family.

Survived by her husband, Tony; son, Tony (Dee) Medina; stepchildren, Millie Medina, Vickie Medina and Eddie Garcia; grandson, Gregory; siblings, Sam (Bea) Fresquez, Johnny Fresquez, Tony (Rose) Fresquez, Jerry Fresquez and Arlene (Harry) Begay; numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Samantha.

A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at St. Therese Catholic Church, 624 W. Lennox Street, Midvale, Utah. Viewings will be held from 6-8 p.m. (Rosary at 7 p.m.) on Monday evening at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State Street, Midvale, Utah and at the church 1 hour prior to the mass. Interment, Utah Veterans Memorial Park.
