Kalai Tupule Poloa

Obituary
Kalai Tupule Poloa was born on April 17, 2016 to mother Wendy White, and father Orlando Tupule Poloa in Murray, Utah.

On Sunday, January 21, 2018, Heaven got a little brighter, and our world as we know it shattered.

Kalai unexpectedly passed away in his sleep, for reasons our hearts don’t understand. For those who were fortunate enough to have known our sweet baby, thank you for adding such love to his life – thank you for helping to create such a perfect little boy.

Kalai was the light of every room. His smile would melt your heart instantly, and his sense of humor was the cutest and most hilarious. We will miss his never-ending playfulness. Mickey Mouse was his hero, and there was nothing a little Bruno Mars couldn’t solve. “That’s what I like, that’s what I like”.

Although he was taken before he could speak many words, his messages always had a way of getting through to those who knew him best. There are no words to describe how broken our hearts are, and we hope to one day understand why God needed him home so soon. We are comforted in knowing that he is safe with his Papa Poloa. We will hold the memories we have of him close to our hearts, speak of him often, and although it was too short, we will remember how incredibly special his time on Earth was.

From your Daddy:
You are my Mini Me.
You are everything that made this life perfect.
You are the reason why I am a better Man and Father today than I was yesterday.
You are everything that is Holy and Pure.
You are the light and love to me and so many others.
You are Funny, Joy, Happiness and Excitement.
You are missed deeply.
But of all that is you...You Are My Son!
I LOVE YOU!!!

From your Mommy:

I could not have asked for a better son.
Kalai, you brought so much joy and laughter into my life.. you were the biggest Mama’s boy and I enjoyed everything about it. Your laughter was so infectious that there was never a day I could be sad when you were around. You will be missed by so many people. Thank you for showing me what true love between a mom and son truly feels like. I love you so much!!!
Fly High Kalai.

Kalai is survived by his mommy Wendy White, daddy Orlando Tupule Poloa, sister Matea Lynn Poloa, brother Dominik Makai Poloa. He is also survived by his grandparents, aunties and uncles,  cousins, ‘Framily”, and extended family.

“Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us every day… unseen, unheard, but always near, still loved, still missed, and very dear.”
