Judy A. Hofeling

Annie lost her battle with cancer on February 5, 2020. She was born on January 9, 1961 to Fredric L. Heuser and Judith Tems. Survived by her daughter, Amy Collins; grandsons, Troy, Eric and Cody; granddaughter, Monique; mother, Judy Tems; sisters, Linda Ainsworth and Tonia Agnew; brother, Lynn (Kari) Heuser; several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her father, Fredric L. Heuser; husband, Steven R. Hofeling and son, David Heuser.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State Street, Midvale, Utah. Viewings will be held on Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. and 1 hour prior to the service. Interment, Sandy City Cemetery.
