Jon Emil Wolt

Jon Emil Wolt went to be with the Lord, and to be re-united with his earthly father Ed, on January 5, 2018. Jon was born in Bountiful, Utah on March 19, 1966 to Ed and Linda Wolt. Jon grew up in Sandy, Utah and enjoyed the outdoors and tinkering with motorcycles, cars and trucks. Jon also enjoyed boating, snow skiing, fishing and hunting with friends and family. Jon was very artistic and gifted with his hands. He was a pro at painting automobiles and had a deep mechanical skill set; he could fix just about anything.

Jon's daughter Maddie was the joy of his life. He lovingly called her "Punkin" and would do anything for his Maddie. Jon loved and cared for his family and had such a tender heart.

Jon is survived by his daughter Madison and mother, Linda Lee (husband Ed deceased). Jon is also survived by his brother Scott and sister Wendy Patterson (husband Jeff). Jon is survived by two uncles Gary (wife Jeri), Terril (wife Peggy deceased), aunt, Barbara Russo (husband Mike) and is survived by cousins Ryan, Phillip, Michael and Peter Wolt. Jon is also survived by niece Ashley and nephew Jake Patterson.

Jon's Celebration of Life will be held at Mountain View Christian Assembly of God Church, â€ª8000 South 300 East, Sandy, UT 84070, Saturday, January 13, 2018 from 12:00-2:00. It will be a come and go reception in the Fellowship Hall. In lieu of flowers, the family has established a fund for his daughter Madison.
