Jon B. Allred

Our dear precious Son, Brother, Dad, Grandpa and Friend passed away August 6, 2023. Born November 3, 1963 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Jon R. Allred and Carolyn Anglesey Allred.

Now he is at peace after suffering health problems.

He had a love for football. He loved the U of U. He also liked the Jazz team and spent many weekends watching their games.

He was a wonderful son who leaves behind his precious children: Makynzie (Conner) Rasmussen, Spencer (Brenlee) Allred, and granddaughter Peggy Jolene (PJ).

He worked for Penco and Maxlumis and enjoyed the people he worked with.

He will be missed by his parents, brothers Todd (Karen), Troy (Kristi), Tracy, Greg (Angie), and nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by grandparents, uncles, aunt, niece and nephew.

A viewing for family and friends will be held Thursday, August 10 from 10:00 to 11:30 am at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State St., Midvale, Utah. Graveside services will be held Thursday, August 10, at 12:00 Noon at Redwood Memorial Estates (Mausoleum), 6500 S. Redwood Road.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to your local animal rescue, something that was very important to Jon.
