John Westring

John Curtis Westring, son of Jerry and Sandra Westring, passed away on August 12, 2017 at the age of 32. John was born October 5, 1984 in Nephi, UT. He attended Juab High School, Dixie State College, and worked various jobs in construction.

He loved the outdoors, enjoyed fishing and hunting with his father and brothers. He was a hard worker and loved working with his hands, working in the garage, tinkering on vehicles and projects.

John was kind and loving. He had a tender heart, was generous with his time, and willing to help anyone in need. He was loved dearly by his family and friends.

John married Whitney Dawn Wentz September 25, 2011 in Las Vegas, NV.

He is survived by his spouse Whitney Westring of Nephi, his parents Jerry and Sandra Westring of Nephi, siblings Angela (Chad) Howard of Payson, Jason (Heather) Westring of Nephi, Crystal (Shane) Johnson of Santaquin, Michael (Lea) Westring of Nephi, Buddy (Tiffany) Westring of Nephi, Amy (Jeremy) McQuivey of Austin, TX, Amberly (Adam) Bradford of San Jose, CA, Diana (Conrad) Laga of Savannah, GA.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 11:00 AM, at the Nephi Utah Stake Center, 351 N 100 W, Nephi, UT. Friends may call at Anderson Funeral Home Friday, August 18, 2017 from 6:00 PM- 8:00 PM and at Nephi Utah Stake Center at 10:00 AM-11:00 AM. Interment will be at Vine Bluff Cemetery, Nephi, UT.
