Jill Bennion Warner was born on January 10, 1965 in Murray, Utah to Paul Brent Bennion and Sharene Washburn Bennion. She unexpectedly returned to her loving Father in Heaven on August 31, 2019.
Jill grew up in Sandy, Utah and attended Jordan High School. As the oldest of six siblings, she often helped to take care of her sisters and brothers and always had a special bond with each of them. She married Mark Stevens Warner in the Salt Lake City Temple on August 2, 1983. They recently celebrated their 36th wedding anniversary.
For most of her life, Jill was a dedicated homemaker, but she also worked various jobs, one of which was at SkyWest Airlines. She always had a nice, clean home and made everyone feel welcome. She spent many years raising her family in St. George, Utah and then migrated back up to northern Utah. She was a loving mother to four children and five fur babies. She was also the BEST grandma to her six grandkids and one more on the way. She adored and loved her family more than anything.
Jill was a great cook and loved to make everything from scratch. She enjoyed being pampered, eating Mexican food, and drinking soda. Her hobbies included gardening, crafting, scrapbooking, watching Hallmark movies, and reading mystery novels. Her love for traditions was strong and her family will always remember many special holiday gatherings, especially around Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Jill always had many friends because of her magnetic personality. She liked to start up friendly conversations with just about everyone she met. She was a sassy spitfire and had a great sense of humor. Her infectious laugh could put a smile on anyone's face. Jill was always very genuine in her relationships with others.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and served in many callings over the years. Her favorite organization in which she served in was the Primary. She always loved being with children and sharing her love for the gospel with them.
We love our Jill, Mom, "Schma," "Grandma Jill," "Jilly Bean," "Shorty," and "Jill Pill" so much. We are saddened she left us so early, but thankful that she is now free from all her physical pain. We know she has been reunited with many loved ones, including her infant daughter, Kira, whom she always longed for.
Jill is survived by her husband, Mark and her three children and their spouses: Candice (Chad) Hind, Paul Warner, and Daniel (Mindy) Warner. Her grandchildren are Eden Hind, Rex Hind, Wade Hind, Ike Hind, Jovie Warner, and Kiana (Kiki) Acosta. She is also survived by her parents, Brent and Sharene Bennion, grandmother Ardonna Bennion, mother-in-law Julia Warner, her five siblings and their spouses: Kristine (Mark) Robison, Suzy Jo (Daren) Gatherum, Bart (Heather) Bennion, Nicci (Ryan) Leavitt, and James (Sarah) Bennion, her brothers and sisters-in-law Dwight (Rosalind) Warner, Bruce (Kathryn) Warner, and Rozanne (Gary) Paxman, and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces and nephews.
