Jesse Ray Marquez

Baby Jesse was called back to our Lord after one short year here on Earth. He has earned his wings as our little angel in Heaven. He will always be remembered as our �happy, playful baby� - his smile � contagious, showing his chubby lil cheeks; his laugh � captivating, instantly lifting the mood of his family; and his facial expressions � silly, precious and sweet. Jesse�s face would light up at the sight of his mommy and daddy. His big brother Lorenzo loved him so much. His only sister, Raquel, cared for him like a little mommy, always doing whatever she could to help with him. Jesse enjoyed playing Hot Wheels with his best friend, his big brother, Cruz. He was so partial to cars just like his daddy. He often rolled around on the floor as he played and shared his food with our puppy, Chico. Jesse, at such a young age, already loved to feed himself. He was just on the verge of walking. Jesse�s mommy always called him �my little white boy�. His skin was so fair and his hair so so light. �We miss you, our baby boy. You are gone too soon, but never forgotten. You will live in our hearts forever. � Jesse is survived by his parents Lorenzo and Jessica; siblings: Lorenzo, Raquel and Cruz; grandparents: Bonnie & Gary Marquez and Lorraine Martinez; aunts and uncles: Irene (Victor), Mishivon, Veronica (Zeus), and Nickole (Ismael); cousins: Talysia, Isaac, Valentino, Sabrina, and Tony; and numerous extended family members who love, adore and miss him more than words can express. Services will be as follows: Viewings will be on Monday, May 26th from 6-8 pm at Aspen Mortuary on 459 W. 9160 S, Sandy, Utah and Tuesday, May 27th from 10-11 am at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church 1375 East Spring Lane, promptly followed by a Funeral Mass at 11 am. Jesse will be laid to rest at Mount Calvary Catholic Cemetery on 275 North U Street. A Memorial Fund has been established for Jesse Ray Marquez at Brighton Bank, at any of the following locations: 7101 S Highland Drive, 93 @ 3300 S, and 311 S. State Street.
