Jerold Milford Hall

Jerold Milford Hall returned to his loving Heavenly Father on December 1, 2019. He was born on October 2, 1942 to his loving parents Milford Alonzo Hall and Genevieve Udall Hall in Eager, AZ.

After graduating high school, he married Judith Ann Hearne. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti Temple. They were married 35 years and raised 7 children. During this time they moved to Utah where he attended Brigham Young University and they acquired their dream cattle ranch. Through much hard work they built a thriving cattle ranch together. Though he loved his cattle, his passion was his horses and at one point he was awarded Rancher of the Year for the state of Utah. He was an avid team roper, something he thoroughly enjoyed. He was also an insatiable reader. He loved good books.

Jerold was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and held many callings. He had a strong testimony of the Savior and he loved Him very much. He taught his children many great qualities, one of them being his strong work ethic.

He will be greatly missed by his family and friends and his legacy will live on.

He is survived by his children, Rusty (Lesa) Hall, Kert Hall, Cinda Hall, LeighAnn (Tyler) Penrod, Milford (Nicole) Hall, Shawn Hall, his sister Kay (Phelps) Wilkins, brother John Hall, many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents and son, Shane Hall.

A celebration of his life will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2019. There will be a public viewing that morning from 10:30-11:30 am at Anderson Funeral Home (96 W 300 N, Nephi, Utah) followed by a private family graveside service at the Hall Ranch.
