On Tuesday morning, Jeffrey unexpectedly passed away into the arms of the Lord. He will be deeply missed. Survived by his parents, father, Frank L. Clark, mother, Julie A Cummins and brother, Justin Cummins. Memorial Services to honor his life will be held Saturday, May 31, 2014, 11 a.m. at the Living Hope Baptist Church, 6818 � South Airport Road, West Jordan, Utah, Jeffreys church.
