Jeffery Merrill Burnham left this earth suddenly to drive truck for his Father in Heaven. He died on October 25, 2016 at his home of health problems. He was born in May of 1959 to Merrill Burnham and Jean Hunsaker Burnham. He moved from California to Orem, Utah when he was 8 months old. He attended school in Orem and graduated from Orem High in 1977. He married Staci Grace, later divorced. He was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was employed by Advantage Trucking. He loved trucks from the time he was just little and he loved driving them. He had been in all 48 states. His other great love was football, the BRONCOS and his RED CHEV SILVERADO. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, father, daughter, stepfather and stepbrother. He is survived by his mother, Jean Mecham of St. George, Utah; brother, Todd (Verleen); stepbrothers, Steven (Alice) Mecham, Doug (Rosemary) Mecham; stepsister, Shauna (Frank) Hatch. Their kids called him "Uncle Jeff," he loved it and he loved them. KEEP TRUCKIN JEFF, WE MISS YOU!
A viewing will be held on Weds., Nov. 2, 2016 from 10-11:30 a.m. at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State Street, Midvale, Utah. A graveside gathering and burial will be at the Lehi Cemetery at 12 noon. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Wounded Warriors.
