Jean Lewis

Jean Bradley Lewis passed away on January 31, 2018. Born on December 28, 1927 in Farmington, Utah. Married Preston James Lewis, later divorced. Survived by her daughter, Cheryl Beauchaine; son, Roger Lewis; brother, LeGrand Bradley; sister, Leann Hayward; 5 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her son, Bryan Lewis and parents, Edward and Priscilla Bradley.

The family gives a special thanks to the many care givers at Carrington Court, Millcreek Home Health and Copper Ridge Care Center who cared for Jean; with a special thanks to Thomas and Christine for their love and devotion. A viewing will be held on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State Street, Midvale, Utah from 6-8 p.m. Graveside services will be held on Friday, February 9, 2018 at 12 Noon at the Farmington City Cemetery.
