Iola enjoyed playing the piano, vacations with her husband and she loved her job at the Herriman Merc. She was also quite the seamstress and made all of her boy's shirts until junior high school. She went through many sewing machine engines making clothes and mending Levis for her boys. In her later years Iola loved taking rides on the Fun Bus with the senior citizens to Wendover and spending time with her 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Iola is preceded in death by her husband Delbert Forman. She is survived by her three sons: Mark (Sally) Forman, Tracy Forman and Todd Forman; 6 grandchildren and her 8 great grandchildren.  She is also survived by her three brothers Rowen (Esther) Schmidt, Warren (Dorothy) Schmidt and Larry (Linda) Schmidt.
