Harold Fuller Johnson

Harold was born in Lovell, Wyoming on June 15, 1928 to Jessie Andrew Johnson and Clara Fuller Johnson. He died at the age of 95 on August 8, 2023 in Bountiful, UT.

He married Shirley Dupaix, they divorced after 18 years. He married Grace Cooley and they spent 43 years together, traveling and spending time with family and friends until her death in 2022.

Harold enjoyed remodeling and improving the places they owned in Midvale, Elk Ridge Ranches and in Ivins, UT. He collected many tools over his lifetime and loved working with them on his projects and in his garden.

Harold is survived by his four children, Les Johnson (Doreen), Claudia Nygard (Barry), Randy Johnson (Shauna), Mark Johnson (Karen), Grace's four children, Douglas Cooley (Marianne), Nolan Cooley (Gretchen), Cindy Tietjen (Bill), Jill Tietjen. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, seven brothers, his wife Grace, step daughter Gwen Jarman, two grandchildren, Mark Shane Johnson, Joyce Johnson and great grandson Kobin Johnson.

The family would like to thank the staff at Oak Ridge Assisted Living, and Ashby Hospice for their kindness and loving caring of Harold.

On Friday, August 18, 2023, there will be a visitation from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. at Goff Mortuary, 8090 South State Street, Midvale, UT. A graveside service will follow at 12:00 pm at the Midvale City Cemetery, 475 West 7500 South, Midvale, UT.
