Grace Martinez

Grace Martinez (97), longtime resident of historic Lark and Midvale, succumbed on August 12, 2023 after a brief illness. Grace is preceded in death by her husband, Juan (Johnny) Martinez along with her parents and 13 brothers and sisters. Grace was born on November 18, 1925, in La Madera, New Mexico, the youngest child of Felipe and Francisquita Trujillo. She and Juan married in 1947 in Bingham Canyon. She is survived by her sons Johnny (Nancy), Steve and Albert; daughters Christine (Ron) Yengich and Frances Ortiz all from the Midvale area. Grace is also survived by 14 grandchildren and several great (great) grandchildren.
